Dr. Hansen Liang, DDS
Dentist
Dr. Hansen Liang graduated from the University of Michigan dental school in 2001 and received his undergraduate degree from UBC in microbiology and immunology. Since moving back to beautiful British Columbia, Dr. Liang has enjoyed residing and setting roots in the South Surrey/White Rock community, where he has been proudly providing quality and comprehensive care for his patients and their families for over 16 years now.
Dr. Liang has always been drawn to the field of dentistry and is especially passionate about the wellness, preventive and technical aspects of dentistry. He is continually attending lectures to improve his level of expertise and knowledge in dentistry, in particular, cosmetic dentistry and dental technology. Currently, Dr. Liang is participating in the Vancouver Maxicourse Program at UBC, a year-long and world-renowned dental implant program. He is also a certified provider of Invisalign treatment and is trained and certified in Botox cosmetic procedures. His services include every aspect of general dentistry from general maintenance to designing smiles to dental implants.
In addition to staying current on dental best practices, Dr. Liang holds memberships or has been involved with the following organizations:

Dr. Liang and his team at Fresh Smile Dental Group are always happy and willing to meet with new and existing patients to discuss their dental needs or possibilities for improving their smile. On more of a personal note, Dr. Liang has been married since 2005 to his wife, Diana. In their spare time, they enjoy spending lots of family time with their 3 kids, travelling, biking and playing golf. Since moving to the South Surrey area, they have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the community and the people. They look forward to growing deep roots here and enjoying all that the community and area has to offer.

Patient Care Coordinator
Priya joined our team as a Patient Care Coordinator in September 2019. She was born and raised in Fiji and moved to Canada in 1994. In 2002, she started her dental career and has been enjoying her work ever since. She is a busy mom and blessed with a beautiful daughter named Felicia, whom she loves spending time with, watching movies and doing all things fun. In addition to that, you may run into Priya teaching yoga and meditation, volunteering for youth talent shows, or may even see her as a Royalty mum for Miss Fiji Canada. Some of her other hobbies include reading, gardening, and volunteering.

Patient Care Coordinator
Jessica completed the Dental Reception Coordinator Program at Vancouver Community College in 2009. She joined our practice in July 2020 as part of the front desk team. She takes great pride in providing patients with the best care and compassion possible. In her spare time she enjoys exploring, camping and going to the family cabin with her husband and two incredible boys.

Certified Dental Assistant
Jennifer received her Certificate for dental assisting in 1999 from the College of New Caledonia. She joined Dr. Hansen Liang’s team in June 2012. She takes pride in providing the best care to patients though using her knowledge and experience. When not at work, Jennifer enjoys traveling, hiking, shopping and spending time with her family.

Dental Hygienist
Toni graduated from Vancouver Community College as a registered dental hygienist in 2001. She has worked in the Surrey area since joining our team in 2017. Toni strives to provide complete, comprehensive care in a friendly open manner in conjunction with everyone on the Fresh Smile Dental team. She enjoys spending time with her twin teenage boys and large extended family camping, picnicking at the lake or just playing games together.
